2023-2024 Season

The Southeastern Clubs Champions League (SCCL) is pleased to announce its plans for continued programming for the 2023-24 year.  The SCCL was initially formed in 2018 to fill a void in the youth soccer landscape.  Since its inception, the league has maintained its mission to continue to offer relevant, necessary programming for clubs in Metro Atlanta and its surrounding region.  We are excited to offer the following updates to all SCCL member clubs:

SCCL Cup

• September 2-4,2023
• All ages U12-19

Fall Season 2023

• Declarations Due: June 30, 2023
• First play date Sept 9, 2023
• Last play date Nov 12, 2023 (hard deadline)

Spring Season 2024

• Declarations U12-14:  January 5, 2024
• Declarations U15 age Spring Friendly-Feb 1, 2024
• First play date: March 2, 2024
• Last play date:  May 5, 2024

Summer League 2024:

• Tryout window:  Dec 16, 2023-March 3, 2024
• Team Declarations:  March 31, 2024
• First Play date:  June 8, 2024
• Last Play date:  July 28, 2024
• Blackout:  July 6 and 7, 2024

Tryouts 2024:

• U12-14: May 20, 2024
• U15-19:  May 28, 2024

U12 Format for 2023-2024

• 9v9 only in fall for all teams
• No teams may play up to U13 in fall
• 11v11 will be offered in Spring so teams can choose between 9v9 and 11v 11 for the Spring 2024 Season
• U12 will use the sccl club pass rules as rest of age divisions:  5 club pass players per game
• Multiple divisions will be offered: 4 projected
• For clubs to play in the U12 age group, they must submit a minimum of 2 teams with a  maximum of 4 teams per club 
• Clubs agree to guarantee that top U12 teams will be in the league
